Mixed 2
  • More yoga philosophy
  • More complex poses, Adho Mukha Vrksasana, Urdhva Dhanurasana, Sirsasana.
  • For students that understand alignment principles.

Waxhaw Yoga classes are designed to serve students on any level of experience and ability, all ages, shapes and sizes. Some of the classes are suitable for students with specific therapeutic needs.

Each class consist of Centering, Warm ups, Standing poses, practicing Balance poses, Hip openers, shoulder openers, connecting with the breath, Cool down and Savasana (relaxation pose).
